We take major pride in providing the best when it comes to quality products & service and we want you to be happy! Therefore, we guarantee manufacturer defects but we do not guarantee any wear & tear or damage caused by misuse or care.
Orders must be returned via mail with original paperwork within 7 days of receipt for any refunds, exchanges, or credits to be applied upon inspection. We do not offer cash refunds and shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged - please contact your carrier/courier in this case.
Returns made via mail will be processed within 5 business days of receipt by El Be Goods and you will receive an email confirmation when any refunds are issued.
Any online order cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hrs of order placement with the subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION. Because we do our best to ship quickly, we cannot always accommodate cancellation requests.
Sale merchandise and beauty products are final sale. Returns on these items will not be accepted.
