This dress is made for working. Just pull it over and zip it up. Two breast pockets, two side pockets and some high slits so you can move. It's an oversized, unisex boxy fit so we've sized it in hopes of accommodating most people.
If you are an xsmall, small, medium you can wear the number 1. If you want the medium more oversized than the 2. would fit a medium, large, xlarge, etc. The sizing is broad as we are trying cover a broad group and the way you want to wear this dress really determines what size you go for. We love it as is, but we also liked cuffing the sleeves and belting it.

+ Care Instructions: To help preserve the quality of your garment, only wash when it truly needs it. Then, turn it inside out and hand wash with cold water and a gentle detergent. Line dry.
+ Our twill is preshrunk, but a teensy bit of shrinkage might occur after wash, especially if care instructions are not followed.
